Du kannst TavLucky ohne Anmeldung spielen. Ein Konto ist freiwillig. Wir zeigen keine Werbung, setzen keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste ein und verkaufen keine Daten.

Spielen ohne Konto

Im Browser (localStorage) liegen nur ein zufälliges Spiel-Token, der Name, den du eingibst, deine Sprache und deine Einstellungen. Der Server hält Name, Token und Spielstand nur im Arbeitsspeicher und vergisst sie nach spätestens zehn Minuten ohne Verbindung. Ohne Konto setzt TavLucky keine Cookies.

Konto (freiwillig)

Wenn du ein Konto anlegst, speichern wir:

• deine E-Mail-Adresse (für die Anmeldung per Link oder Code),
• deinen Anzeigenamen und deine Sprache,
• deine Spielstatistik: Zahl der Spiele und Siege je Variante, Doppelsiege (Mars, Mana) und Partien, getrennt nach Spielen gegen Menschen und gegen den Bot,
• Zeitpunkte von Anlage, Anmeldung und letzter Nutzung.

Zweck ist, dir das Konto mit Statistik bereitzustellen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Nutzungsverhältnis, das du mit der Anmeldung eingehst).

Speicherdauer: bis du das Konto löschst. Im Profil gibt es dafür „Konto löschen“; alle Kontodaten einschließlich Statistik werden dann sofort gelöscht. Adressen, für die nie eine Anmeldung bestätigt wurde, löschen wir nach einem Tag. Konten, die 24 Monate nicht genutzt wurden, löschen wir automatisch; 30 Tage vorher bekommst du dazu eine E-Mail.

Anmelde-E-Mail

Zur Anmeldung schicken wir dir eine E-Mail mit einem Link (15 Minuten gültig, nur einmal nutzbar) und einem 6-stelligen Code (10 Minuten gültig, höchstens 5 Versuche). Link und Code speichern wir nur als kryptografischen Hash; sie werden einen Tag nach Ablauf gelöscht. Die E-Mail verschickt der Mailserver von [HOSTER / SERVERSTANDORT]. Cookies

Erst wenn du die Anmeldung öffnest oder angemeldet bist, setzen wir zwei technisch notwendige Cookies (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG, keine Einwilligung nötig):

• __Host-tl_session: hält dich angemeldet, 30 Tage, verlängert sich bei Nutzung. Auf dem Server liegt nur ein Hash davon.
• __Host-tl_csrf: schützt Formulare gegen Missbrauch durch fremde Seiten, gilt bis zum Schließen des Browsers.

Beide sind für Skripte nicht lesbar (HttpOnly) und werden nur über HTTPS gesendet. „Abmelden“ entfernt das Sitzungs-Cookie; „Überall abmelden“ beendet alle Sitzungen auf allen Geräten.

Sicherheitsprotokoll

Anmeldungen, Anmeldeversuche und Abmeldungen protokollieren wir mit Zeitpunkt. Die IP-Adresse speichern wir dabei nicht, sondern nur einen mit einem geheimen Schlüssel gebildeten Hash (HMAC), um Missbrauch wie massenhafte Anmeldeversuche zu begrenzen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (sicherer Betrieb). Löschung nach 12 Monaten, bei Löschung des Kontos sofort.

Hosting und Server-Protokolle

Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde, z. B. der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg. Name und Sprache kannst du im Profil selbst ändern, das Konto dort selbst löschen. Playing without an account

Your browser (localStorage) only keeps a random game token, the name you type, your language and your settings. The server keeps name, token and game state in memory only and forgets them at the latest ten minutes after you disconnect. Without an account TavLucky sets no cookies.

Account (optional)

If you create an account, we store:

• your email address (to sign in by link or code),
• your display name and language,
• your statistics: games and wins per variant, double wins (mars, mana) and matches, against people and against the bot separately,
• when the account was created, last signed in and last used.

The purpose is to provide the account and its statistics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (the user relationship you enter by signing in).

Retention: until you delete the account. “Delete account” in your profile removes all account data including statistics immediately. Addresses that never confirmed a sign-in are deleted after one day. Accounts unused for 24 months are deleted automatically; you get an email 30 days before.

Sign-in email

To sign in we send you an email with a link (valid 15 minutes, once) and a 6-digit code (valid 10 minutes, at most 5 attempts). We store link and code only as a cryptographic hash and delete them one day after they expire. The email is sent by the mail server of [HOSTING PROVIDER / LOCATION]. Cookies

Only once you open the sign-in or are signed in, we set two strictly necessary cookies (no consent needed):

• __Host-tl_session: keeps you signed in, 30 days, extended when used. The server only stores a hash of it.
• __Host-tl_csrf: protects forms against misuse by other sites, until you close the browser.

Neither can be read by scripts (HttpOnly); both are only sent over HTTPS. “Sign out” removes the session cookie; “Sign out everywhere” ends all sessions on all devices.

Security log

We log sign-ins, sign-in attempts and sign-outs with their time. We do not store the IP address, only a keyed hash of it (HMAC) to limit abuse such as mass sign-in attempts. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation). Deleted after 12 months, or at once when the account is deleted.

Hosting and server logs

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (Germany). Μπορείς να παίζεις στο TavLucky χωρίς σύνδεση. Ο λογαριασμός είναι προαιρετικός. Δεν δείχνουμε διαφημίσεις, δεν χρησιμοποιούμε υπηρεσίες ανάλυσης ή παρακολούθησης και δεν πουλάμε δεδομένα.

Παιχνίδι χωρίς λογαριασμό

Στον browser (localStorage) μένουν μόνο ένα τυχαίο κλειδί παιχνιδιού, το όνομα που γράφεις, η γλώσσα και οι ρυθμίσεις σου. Ο server κρατά όνομα, κλειδί και παρτίδα μόνο στη μνήμη και τα ξεχνά το αργότερο δέκα λεπτά μετά την αποσύνδεση. Χωρίς λογαριασμό το TavLucky δεν βάζει cookies.

Λογαριασμός (προαιρετικός)

Αν φτιάξεις λογαριασμό, αποθηκεύουμε:

• το email σου (για τη σύνδεση με σύνδεσμο ή κωδικό),
• το όνομα που εμφανίζεται και τη γλώσσα σου,
• τα στατιστικά σου: παιχνίδια και νίκες ανά παιχνίδι, διπλές νίκες (μαρς, μάνα) και αγώνες, χωριστά με ανθρώπους και με το bot,
• πότε δημιουργήθηκε ο λογαριασμός, πότε συνδέθηκες και πότε τον χρησιμοποίησες τελευταία φορά.

Σκοπός είναι να σου προσφέρουμε τον λογαριασμό με τα στατιστικά. Νομική βάση: άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. β ΓΚΠΔ (η σχέση χρήσης που ξεκινάς με τη σύνδεση).

Διάρκεια: μέχρι να διαγράψεις τον λογαριασμό. Με τη «Διαγραφή λογαριασμού» στο προφίλ διαγράφονται αμέσως όλα τα δεδομένα του, και τα στατιστικά. Διευθύνσεις που δεν επιβεβαίωσαν ποτέ σύνδεση διαγράφονται μετά από μία ημέρα. Λογαριασμοί που δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκαν 24 μήνες διαγράφονται αυτόματα· 30 ημέρες πριν σου στέλνουμε email.

Email σύνδεσης

Για τη σύνδεση σου στέλνουμε email με σύνδεσμο (ισχύει 15 λεπτά, μία φορά) και 6ψήφιο κωδικό (ισχύει 10 λεπτά, έως 5 προσπάθειες). Σύνδεσμο και κωδικό τα αποθηκεύουμε μόνο ως κρυπτογραφικό hash και τα διαγράφουμε μία ημέρα μετά τη λήξη τους. Το email το στέλνει ο mail server του [ΠΑΡΟΧΟΣ ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ / ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑ]. Cookies

Μόνο όταν ανοίγεις τη σύνδεση ή είσαι συνδεδεμένος βάζουμε δύο απολύτως απαραίτητα cookies (χωρίς συγκατάθεση):

• __Host-tl_session: σε κρατά συνδεδεμένο, 30 ημέρες, ανανεώνεται με τη χρήση. Στον server υπάρχει μόνο hash του.
• __Host-tl_csrf: προστατεύει τις φόρμες από κατάχρηση από άλλες σελίδες, μέχρι να κλείσεις τον browser.

Κανένα δεν διαβάζεται από scripts (HttpOnly) και στέλνονται μόνο μέσω HTTPS. Η «Αποσύνδεση» σβήνει το cookie της σύνδεσης· η «Αποσύνδεση από παντού» τερματίζει όλες τις συνδέσεις σε όλες τις συσκευές.

Αρχείο ασφαλείας

Καταγράφουμε συνδέσεις, προσπάθειες σύνδεσης και αποσυνδέσεις με την ώρα τους. Τη διεύθυνση IP δεν την αποθηκεύουμε, μόνο ένα hash με μυστικό κλειδί (HMAC), για να περιορίζουμε την κατάχρηση. Νομική βάση: άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. στ ΓΚΠΔ (ασφαλής λειτουργία). Διαγραφή μετά από 12 μήνες ή αμέσως με τη διαγραφή του λογαριασμού.

Φιλοξενία και αρχεία server

Έχεις δικαίωμα πρόσβασης, διόρθωσης, διαγραφής, περιορισμού, φορητότητας και εναντίωσης, καθώς και δικαίωμα καταγγελίας σε εποπτική αρχή, π.χ. τον Επίτροπο Προστασίας Δεδομένων του κρατιδίου Βάδης-Βυρτεμβέργης (Γερμανία) ή την Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα.
